Course Descriptions

SolarWinds Orion (CORE) Training – is a 4 day class that covers all of the common features and functions shared by all Orion applications. The class concentrates on NPM, NCM, SAM, and NTA. An extensive training manual is provided and there will be ample hands-on lab work to enhance the learning experience.

SolarWinds Orion NPM (Network Performance Monitor) Training – is recommended training for individuals seeking knowledge and expertise in areas ranging from day-to-day administration to extended customization and modification of their existing Orion System. This course enables students to utilize the features and functionality of their Orion system to gain maximum advantage of monitoring and managing their network environment. It will enable students to better understand how to analyze the information collected and presented by the Orion System.

SolarWinds Orion NCM (Network Configuration Manager) Training – is recommended for individuals seeking to be proficient in using the Network Configuration Manager (NCM) application to centralize the administration of network device configurations on their network. All of the valuable features of NCM will be taught through the use of hands-on lab exercises.

SolarWinds Orion SAM (Server & Application Monitor) Training – is recommended for individuals seeking to be proficient in using the Server & Application Monitor (SAM) application.

Customized Training

Corona Technical Services offers customized on-site training that can be configured to provide training on specific SolarWinds products as requested by the client.

This customized training can be configured to cover specific areas as well as meeting the unique needs of the clients’ staff. This training can also be tailored based upon the clients’ skill sets and support related requirements.

This training is delivered on an hourly basis and the specific deliverables are developed with the Corona Technical Services training staff and the clients’ staff.

Remote Training (New)

Virtual Orion Classroom Training For SolarWinds Orion NPM

The on-line NPM (Network Performance Monitor) training course is delivered in one (1) day by delivering four (4) one (1) hour sessions of Instructor lecture and demonstration. The course also provides a second day, one (1) hour on-line question and answer (Q&A) session to assist students with any follow-up questions.
